About Me (the landlord):

I'm a hands-on type of landlord that doesn't use a property manager or middle man to complicate matters.  As the owner of these units I usually do the upkeep, repairs and remodeling myself.  Since I also live in 78704, I respond as quick as possible to any issues my tenants might have.  These are all older condos/buildings and are generally in great shape but if you experience something not working as it should, please let me know before it becomes a bigger (more expensive) issue.

I've been in (South) Austin since 2000 and enjoy supplying people with a place to live in my favorite part of town.
